 WILL YOU BE ATTENDING THE SWEETHEART DINNER SATURDAY Night at 6:00PM February 13, 2010

 As an option to finding a place to eat, or preparing a meal for yourself  Buckhorn RV Resort will provide a meal for you.

 This meal is for the Kerrville VIII Rally Only and will be served in the Main Barn at the RV Resort.

 

Menu:               

                          BBQ Chicken and Brisket        Price: $17.15 Total per person
               BBQ Half Rack Ribs (Pork Baby Back)    Price: $18.15 Total per person

               Sides:


                          Potato Salad

                           Coleslaw

                           Beans

                           Bread

         Dessert:

                        Peach Cobbler and Ice Cream

         Drinks:

                       Iced Tea, Coffee, Water     

 

How and when do I pay?       You will pay for this meal at the time you register with Buckhorn.

If you would like to have one of these dinners please select your choice on the information page

If you respond, and later wish to change your response, you have until Friday Feb  5th  to do so.

We must have a list of those that want this meal. We will give this list to Buckhorn so they will know whom to collect from.

This meal is an option but I know a lot of you will want to participate.
